Chief Executive Officer

Paul has a wealth of leadership, general management, and commercial experience that he has gained from his +20 years work in the Medtech & healthcare industry. Having led Clinisupplies as CEO for several years now and having previously held senior leadership roles at a variety of global healthcare organisations, he has become a recognised and successful industry leader. At his core, he has a passion to ensure the organisation helps as many people as possible to live their lives freer by making a real difference for consumers, healthcare professionals and health systems globally. Paul is also hugely focused on the “Clini-culture” and actively encourages the whole team to explore their curiosity and drive innovation, whilst being agile and adventurous in the pursuit of our ambition.   Paul is married to Natalie and has two children, Isabella and Zack and spends as much time with them as possible. He’s also known for being an avid runner and very keen Rugby fan! 

Amanda Cass

Chief People Officer

As our Chief People Officer, Amanda is responsible for leading our talent agenda, creating a great culture, and developing a strong people strategy to support our growth plans.  Amanda has a wealth of HR experience having held senior roles in the healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors, working for a number of globally recognised brands.   Amanda is passionate about people, from attracting exceptional talent to helping employees achieve their career aspirations all brought together within a dynamic, open, and collaborative culture.  She believes that work should be an environment that not only allows people to fully develop their skills but where they can have fun as well.   

Nick Buckle

Chief Commercial Officer

Nick has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in Sales, Project Management and Marketing. Before joining the private sector, Nick was a nurse working in Emergency & Medical departments. Nick’s experience of clinical practice combined with his creative and curious outlook results in Clinisupplies constantly seeking to improve products and services for all our customers.  Outside of work you can find Nick either kayaking, running, or spending time with his family and energetic dogs. 

Martin Beynon

Chief Clinical & Regulatory Officer

Martin is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years’ experience in the Urology and Continence Care arena. He worked in the NHS in clinical and education roles in both Cardiff and London before moving to the commercial sector 22 years ago. In his time in the commercial environment, he has held senior Marketing, Clinical and Regulatory leadership positions. Martin is passionate about improving health outcomes and education and he continues to provide clinical expertise and guidance in the development of new products and services in this sector.  Martin lives with his partner Shaun and dog Hiro.     

Samik Basu

Chief Financial Officer

Samik has over 15 years of commercial experience having worked in a variety of industries for companies across the Americas, Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, and India. His areas of expertise are in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, operational transformation, and technology implementation. He holds an MBA from Yale University, an Adv. Dip. in Management Accounting from CIMA, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.   Driven by continuous improvement, he is perpetually on the look-out for new opportunities to optimise the way things are done. At the same time, he relishes bringing people and resources together to achieve positive outcomes for all.  Samik always looks forward to family time with his wife, Aditi and their daughter, Sarika. He enjoys golf, skiing, and badminton, and at the end of a long day, he likes a glass of wine to unwind. 

Steve Tattersall

Chief Operations Officer

Steve is an experienced med-tech Operations leader having held roles in Quality, R+D, Engineering and Manufacturing Leadership over his 18+ years working for a world leading medical device manufacturing company. Steve studied at the University of Plymouth, first gaining a BSc in Analytical Chemistry and later, an MBa in Business Management.  Steve is passionate about driving improvements in operational performance to deliver greater quality and value to our customers. Steve lives in the southwest of England with his wife Neda, daughter Parya and spaniel Penny. In his spare time Steve enjoys cycling and playing golf with friends.
